It is used in constructing tall buildings as well as bridges and roads. But aside from that, it can also be used in making some home decors and items that we can utilize. The good thing about cement is that it is sturdy and it can be used in making in different items of various shapes and forms. That is why it is one favorite material that even DIYers love to use.

The beautiful furry piece that we have in here is a simple choice for me too because not only does this one look like it actually belongs here, but it looks really comfortable too! Like most of the carpets made in the market, this one is made for a purpose, and I sure would be glad to use this everyday if this was in my bathroom!

With this kind of interior, one will be able to add contemporary and modern items together and even some touches of traditional ones. One prominent feature of a midcentury bedroom is the use of wooden features and its being airy and bright. Most spaces with this theme would also use patterns and textures together in a subtle way. Others prefer to use earth tones but more experimental designers opt to use striking colors for a bold appeal. What we have today are midcentury bedroom designs for your inspiration. Notice that it is the brick walls that brought such feel while the rest look modern from the cabinets to the kitchen island which are all in gray color. White is used for the kitchen's walls and ceiling which made it appear spacious. It is also nice that wooden touches are used in it as well. What made it look even brighter is the glass floor to ceiling windows.

From the white cabinets to the stainless counter and the grey kitchen stools, this sure is one charming kitchen to be in. If you think that the pendant lights are missing, look again. Well, it's good to see some animal fur rug in the kitchen, it's not something people always do - but looking at this lovely kitchen, the addition of the rug to it made a whole lot of difference. We see a nice flow of foot traffic in here too which makes it nice and ideal for people to come around in. Access to the patio is available because of the sliding doors seen on the side.

This Hollywood bedroom sure looks like it belongs to an actual movie star or someone popular! The bedroom design looks real hip and I think the simple colors used for this bedroom is sweet and fancy! What do you think about using green as the main color of the walls for your bedroom? We know that looking at green things actually relaxes our eyes, but I think a single green wall could have been enough for this bedroom; even still, I think this bedroom looks phenomenal!

Wooden countertops for the lavatory and the kitchen island and it sure looks pretty interesting, it's not every day that we actually see this since it's mostly granite or tiles that are used for counters. Check out the details on the back splash used by the lavatory and the range.

A while back, we have created a list of beautiful bedrooms with stairs in them - some were loft bedrooms, some has decorative stairs in them while most of them really had functional ones. For the most part, bedrooms that have staircases or stairs in them could mean that they have a space above it - maybe a patio or a veranda or even a small home office, sometimes, it could mean that the bedroom itself is found at a lower portion of the house - maybe a basement or otherwise, just a lower level in the house.
