I know that this bedroom has nothing in it except the bed and the shelves, but you can definitely see the awesome pattern done with the flooring! The light colored parquet floors look really beautiful and without much inside this room, you can definitely say that it's the center of attention in here. This project sure looks wonderful even when you think that it's quite simple. Looking at the interiors, we see plain walls and ceiling, but they made sure to pay attention to the flooring and the stuff they actually placed inside here. Even when this bedroom looks a bit masculine, adding the slender tub softened the theme of this space.

This black and white kitchen sure looks traditional enough but because of the colorful vases and pendant lights that it has it became a bit more eclectic than one could wish for. I mean, it would have been more stunning if they maintained a signal archetype - but then again, clients sometimes have the oddest ways of relating to home design. Another black and white kitchen (only with a darker lighting for a kitchen) is seen in this photo. The traditional yet charming set up that this kitchen has is something anyone could relate to especially if you grew up visiting or living with your grandparents.

Wooden countertops for the lavatory and the kitchen island and it sure looks pretty interesting, it's not every day that we actually see this since it's mostly granite or tiles that are used for counters. Check out the details on the back splash used by the lavatory and the range.

A while back, we have created a list of beautiful bedrooms with stairs in them - some were loft bedrooms, some has decorative stairs in them while most of them really had functional ones. For the most part, bedrooms that have staircases or stairs in them could mean that they have a space above it - maybe a patio or a veranda or even a small home office, sometimes, it could mean that the bedroom itself is found at a lower portion of the house - maybe a basement or otherwise, just a lower level in the house.

With this kind of interior, one will be able to add contemporary and modern items together and even some touches of traditional ones. One prominent feature of a midcentury bedroom is the use of wooden features and its being airy and bright. Most spaces with this theme would also use patterns and textures together in a subtle way. Others prefer to use earth tones but more experimental designers opt to use striking colors for a bold appeal. What we have today are midcentury bedroom designs for your inspiration. Scroll down and take a look at what we have for you.

As much as islands are wonderful additional counter space in the kitchen, some kitchens do not have it because it is not really a necessity. Sometimes, even kitchen bars are not that much of a priority in the kitchen, how much more is a kitchen island, right? I said above that even when a kitchen island is wonderful, it is not a necessity, but today, we would be seeing a couple of kitchen spaces that have them and looks real nice. These kitchen spaces have islands that have stainless steel counters - some have tiles or granite in them like your regular kitchen counters.

Notice that it has a white counter which gives the kitchen a balanced look. This one may have a modern look on it but it does give some rustic feel too with some elements it added in the space. With the modern, rustic oak waterfall wall feature, this kitchen features a large island. The rustic features of this kitchen are just so lovely indeed as wood and stone work together to give it a stunning appeal. You can also see that it used pretty pendant lights above the kitchen island.

Notice that it is the brick walls that brought such feel while the rest look modern from the cabinets to the kitchen island which are all in gray color. White is used for the kitchen's walls and ceiling which made it appear spacious. It is also nice that wooden touches are used in it as well. What made it look even brighter is the glass floor to ceiling windows.
